After-match press conference for the Head Coached of team Russia and team Sweden.
Sergei Myaus, the Head Coach of team Russia:
- Such games are always exciting. I think the final came in.  It casts a spell when a team risks and win. I appreciate my players for being a team everday. It was hard to get ready after Russian Championship, however the guys did it after 20 days of trainings, games and trainings again. The main thing is we have been a team. I appreciate Sergei Lomanov who assisted us with his authority, spirit, he always was by hand and prompted. The guys understood that the coaches demanded from them for not a symbiosis of Russian and Swedish bandy with long passes back. Yes, these are situations when one gets tired but Lomanov gets the ball, when everyone gets tired at the end, they trust each other. In general, everyone played till the very end
They have become world champions, they have proved it. There are still some people who play Russian bandy. It's not late to build the team. We were stronger today in Khabarovsk. And what then? If Tyukavin, Shamburov, Zakharov go away, who will come? That's why we took Ivanov, Shevtsov and we could take more taking our risk. I'm really concerned how out team will develop further,, how clubs will be developed. I'm a coach of old school. I like when guys turn on their speed. Thank you, boys, you did it and showed the spirit.
- Have you talked to Mikhail Yuriev at the Championship?
-  He sent me a message, wishe a good luck in the finals. We have smooth relation with every one, we see each other, tell everything in face.  How can I treat a person who  played in my team, who won a youth championship with me. I voted for him to be team's Russia Head Coach. Then they voted for me, tomorrow they'll do it for another person. It's fine. I want team Russia to win every time, and not only in bandy, in everyday life too. We have said it hundreds time, a coach cannot be tied to his team forever. Rotation must always be.
I want to say thanks to the officials of Khabarovsk Krai for holding this wonderful championship, a hard championship in two stages. I watched here people going in columns. The main thing is that they are spectators of new kind who go to the stadium with little children. I'd like to say that they are greatly interested in bandy in Khabarovsk. You should do the right thing now to start bandy schools for children. If you do so, there will be a lot of young growing bandy players.
Jonas Claesson, the Head Coach of team Sweden:
- It was a good game for Russin guys.
- What happened to your guys at the 83rd  minute?
- I say this. The ball was moving in the direction more favourable  to our opponents, however I don't think it's not fair.
- Are you going to lead team Sweden in future?
- I cannot answer this question now. It depends on Federation of Bandy and Swedish players. Sure, I understand why you ask such a question: two silver medals in a row, it's not good.
- Having scored two quick goals, Swedish players skated back, gave away the initiative and let team Russia come around. Do you think it was a proper tactics
- We got some problems with controlling the ball, and the opponents played properly their defence.
