There was a farewell gathering of the volunteers of the 35th Bandy World Championship at Erofei Arena. Volunteers recieved appreciations for their work and  had 'hug everybody' action.

The volunteers showed some sketches about the Championship, skated and looked at some photos of the Championship. The leaders of the Organizational Committee presented everybody a letter of appreciation for their paricipation in the Championship and presented them memorial medals and books about the world sport event.

- Most volunteers worked at Group B and A. It was two very rich weeks that united people who hadn't known each other before. We made new friends, met like minded people.Those two weeks became a small life - we spent every day at the Arena next to each other. We have got our own traditions, volunteer slang, The arena was our home on the days of the Championship. The emotions and atmosphere were unique. It has changed our life somehow, told Elena Grigorieva, the volunteers coordinator.

There were 'silver volunteers' from Kazan. Firdaves Zakirova and Galia Nurutdinova told us it was very pleasant for them to work in such a team, and they said they were going to work at the Championship in Ulianovsk. 

The volunteers stood in the form of a huge heart and thanked their leader Tatiana Mandrykina for the chance to work at the tournament, her support  and being attentive to them. At the end of the event the volunteers thanked each other their own way - they hugged each other.
